Blogging the History of Science

I want to pull together what people may have written about blogging the history of science, and to what uses history of science blogs are for. I know of John Lynch's mega-list of history of science blogs and the recent essay in the newsletter of the History of Science Society. Please share in the comments!

Congratulations on your work and getting a very nice notice today in the Billings Gazette

There was a small discussion of this a little while ago among a group of us history of science blogs in response to Ben Cohen's HSS newsletter piece. My post is here. Michael Robinson had some very good points on this post. Loic Charles at the History of Economics Playground also responded.

Thanks, Jim! - How have you been?

Michael,

Doing well. We bought a house here and are looking forward to spending a quiet holiday at home.

The activism is going well, but as a result, it's kept me from doing much writing.

Glad to hear it, Jim. Congrats on the house and have a nice holiday! We'll be staying home here in Bozeman as well. About time my family in California comes to see me (but they aren't this year)...
